Rachelle started her Real Estate career in 2015. Shortly after getting into Real Estate, she became an Administrative Assistant at Reece & Nichols. That position prepared her for her new assignment as a Transaction Coordinator for Lisa D Smith & Associates.

Rachelle is a dedicated Transaction Coordinator with a passion for ensuring smooth and stress-free real estate transactions. With a keen eye for detail and a commitment to organization, she thrives on managing the behind-the-scenes processes that help the client achieve their goals. She enjoys building relationships, staying ahead of deadlines, and turning what can feel like a complex journey into a seamless experience.

On a more personal note, Rachelle is a Kansas City native and in her free time she enjoys spending time with her family and traveling. Rachelle loves coffee, smooth jazz, and Springtime. Her true passion is helping others. She loves Real Estate: working with people and being a part of helping them in whatever way she can!
