Rachelle started her Real Estate career in 2015. Shortly after getting into Real Estate, she became an Administrative Assistant at Reece & Nichols. That position prepared her for her new assignment as a Transaction Coordinator for Lisa D Smith & Associates.

During her time as a Transaction Coordinator, she took on an additional position as an Assistant Market Center Administrator with Keller Williams Platinum Partners. Rachelle's experience there helped her better serve her team and lead her to her current position as the Director of Operations within the Lisa D Smith & Associates team. Rachelle now focuses solely on operation processes and procedures while supporting her team members and clients.

On a more personal note, Rachelle is a Kansas City native and in her free time she enjoys spending time with her family and traveling. Rachelle loves coffee, smooth jazz, and Springtime. Her true passion is helping others. She loves Real Estate: working with people and being a part of helping them in whatever way she can!
