She came to our first meeting at my home with a marketing plan outlined specifically for my home, tailored to the current market conditions - I was impressed right away. She then listened to my expectations for price and my timeline, made the adjustments and began aggressively marketing my property. My house was oddly situated in an expensive neighborhood and I knew that it might not have the broad appeal of those close by. Lisa took this into consideration and suggested the appropriate changes at the right times based on evidence and feedback. Lisa Smith was willing to take my property and market it. She had it appraised At $130,000 and put it on the market at $129,00. It went up for sale on Monday and I had a buyer by Friday of the same week. She was with me through the entire sale, helping with all the details. I recommend her highly. We remain in contact even after a year has passed.
